Cyiza Jean Paul is a dedicated Electrical and Electronics educator with a strong commitment to Technical and Vocational Training (TVT) in Rwanda. He is passionate about equipping learners with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to excel in the electrical and electronics engineering profession.

As a TVT educator, Jean Paul specializes in teaching subjects such as electrical installation, electronics fundamentals, PCB design and fabrication, power conversion systems, industrial automation, and telecommunications. He is committed to delivering competency-based education through learner-centered teaching methods, practical laboratory activities, project-based learning, and the integration of modern educational technologies.
