Implementation Phases

Phase 1
Discovery & Needs Assessment
NEDU conducts a school assessment visit (in-person or virtual) to understand your current infrastructure, existing STEM activities, student demographics, and goals.
Phase 2
Curriculum & Program Design
Based on the assessment, NEDU customizes a STEM program structure for your school — selecting the right courses, lesson kits, and hardware components for your context.
Phase 3
Teacher Training & Certification
All STEM teachers go through the NEDU Teacher Certification program before classes begin, ensuring they're confident and fully equipped to teach.
Phase 4
Platform Setup & Kit Deployment
NEDU configures your school's platform accounts, deploys lesson delivery kits, and helps set up any required physical classroom equipment or lab infrastructure.
Phase 5
Launch & Monitor
Classes begin! NEDU monitors program progress quarterly, provides reports to school leadership, and iterates on the setup based on student outcomes.
